Well, it has now been over two weeks since Mr. Woodward’s August 7 letter “Calling It As He Sees It” was published.

Since that time, there have been numerous letters defending both the Town of Robbins and the employees of Nature’s Own. Yet, what I find interesting is what has been absent with the response letters, and that is, none are defending The Pilot from being “..shameless peddlers of extreme left wing ideology…”

And why is that? Perhaps Mr. Woodward’s letter was exactly to the point in that regard and cannot be disputed. It appears that the motto of The Pilot is “If it’s not left, it’s not right, and if it’s not right, it will get published.”
