A West End man is accused of sexually exploiting a minor, according to an advisory issued by the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert Andrew Clark, 41, was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and four counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He is also charged with possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia, the sheriff’s office said.
Clark was arrested after sheriff’s deputies carried out a search warrant in West End with assistance from the FBI. He is being held at the Moore County Detention Center in Carthage under a $1 million secured bond.
His first appearance in Moore County District Court is scheduled for March 23. The case is still under investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
