A Robbins man is accused of sexually assaulting a child, according to a news release from the Moore County Sheriff’s Office.
Jimmy Marvin Harris, 67, was charged Friday with felony indecent liberties with a child, the agency said in the release. The charge stems from a report received earlier that day by the sheriff’s office.
Following an investigation, Harris was placed in the Moore County Detention Center under a $75,000 secured bond. He is due in Moore County District Court on Nov. 13.
The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information about the case to contact the agency by calling 910-947-4444.
