A local business, Easy Street Social, is offering custom social media strategies for local business owners.

Easy Street Social understands that each business is unique, so its social media strategy should be too, a news release said.

With more than 10 years' combined experience in the social media industry, Easy Street Social staff has helped simplify social media for business owners across the nation, according to the news release. It has developed a training program that was recently adopted by the local college.

It creates custom graphics that present a business in the best possible way and tools to automate social media efforts and free up time for owners to run their businesses.

Easy Street Social can help business owners increase sales, improve brand recognition, enhance customer support, advance public relations and augment human resources, the release said.

Easy Street Social owner David Blide is currently offering social media manager certification through the Continuing Education Department at Sandhills Community College.

"As a member of David's first class in the social media manager program at SCC, I was impressed with his knowledge, insights and experience," said Sallie Beth Johnson, health educator, Community Health Services, FirstHealth of the Carolinas. "He is a leader in the revolutionary field of social media and willingly shared his expertise in the classroom. He developed a thorough course syllabus and included a meaningful, hands-on final project in his class.

"As a graduate of his program, I am now more confident in my ability to help my organization not only develop a social media presence, but also craft a strategy that has purpose and produces results."
