Wilma Cheslock

Wilma Virginia Cheslock celebrated her 100th birthday on Friday, March 3, 2017. Family and friends helped her celebrate with a luncheon at Nina’s.

Mrs. Cheslock was born in Akron, Ohio, to James and Lottie Wilkinson. She is the second of four daughters, with her youngest sister, Mary Swartzlander, still remaining.

Mrs. Cheslock moved to Pinehurst 20 years ago. She spent many years volunteering and now has time for reading and doing word search puzzles.

She has two daughters, Martha (Bill) Timmons, of Pinehurst, and Virginia (Marc) Braun, of Bath, Ohio; two grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
