The Viking Wrestling Team starts their Spring fundraiser next week and continues through the first week of April. The team's goal is to raise $3000 to help offset the transportation cost of their summer camp(s). This year's 15-day Voyage will be an "all-Ohio" trip as the team leaves Cameron, NC for Urbana, OH, home of St Paris Graham High School and Jeff Jordan's State Champ Camp.The team will then leave the cornfields of Urban and head North to Cleveland, the home of another storied and historical national powerhouse, St. Edwards High School. In Cleveland, the team will attend the Northeast Ohio Champions Wrestling Camp led by Union Pines' own Coach Chris Vondruska.

The Viking Wrestlers will start selling Little Caesar's pizza kits, pies, and cookie dough on Monday. If you are interested you can contact them through their website at www.unionpineswrestling.org or ask someone affiliated with the program.
