Eleven Copperheads Wrestlers competed in a high school only tournament this past Saturday with the goal of placing in the top four in their bracket. Wrestlers that place in the top four earn the privilege to register early for the Super 32 tournament scheduled for the end of October. Congratulations to Copperheads Mike Brennan and Brandon Berry of UPHS for making it happen and locking in slots at the Super 32.

The Super 32 is regarded as the nations toughest preseason tournament for high school wrestlers. Last year over 60 college coaches attended. The tournament has an entry cap of 1250 wrestlers. Last year it sold out in 32 minutes. Results from this past Saturday can be found at our website in the Super 32 Qualifier article. Links to match video can also be found in the article.
