Last week I reported the Village Council appropriated funds from the budget and authorized the mayor to sign an agreement with Webb Management for a needs assessment study as the first of two phases of a performing arts feasiblity study. Two council members still had questions for the firm, so the contract wasn't signed immediately. Today that agreement was signed. The Village will pay $33,500 for the first phase of the study.
