Hey, are you looking for a way to give back to your community? Then Pinehurst may have a perfect volunteer opportunity for you. The Pinehurst Welcome Center is seeking volunteers who can spend two and a half hours of time to help operate the center. Through May, the center will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with volunteer shifts from 10 to 12:30 and 12:30 to 3. In the summer the center is open from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and will need volunteers for just one shift. To be a volunteer you only need to have some knowledge of area locations, up-coming events, a willingness to help visitors, and a big smile.
