Does anyone know where I can get three tickets to the NASCAR race in Charlotte in October? We have an applicant that is a huge Dale Earnhardt Jr. fan and has never been to a race. He wants to go with his guardians to a NASCAR race and they are working with him to try to save up for tickets but he has a very limited income. These are the kinds of requests that we see from time to time where we have to potential to make a person's dream come true and a I would love to find a way to do this!!
