It is based out of Aberdeen but is for residents of the Moore County and surrounding areas. The group will take you outdoors to play. Remember when the best part about grade school was Recess!? This group is all about getting outside and exploring the local county, and beyond.

Some of the activities the group may do include walking, camping, hiking, baseball, fishing, playing paintball, riding dirt bikes, skydiving, four wheeling, jet skiing, basketball, boating, riding motorcycles, canoeing, hot air ballooning, kayaking, snow skiing, jogging, hunting, soccer, bicyling, aerobics, swimming, etc. Ideas are welcome.

Trips can be anywhere from local places such as Reservoir Park and Weymouth Woods, to day trips to Jordan or Badin Lake, or many other central NC places. The group may go to the mountains or trek to the beach. Maybe have a picnic at the marina, or lay out under the stars, roast marshmallows, and snuggle into a sleeping bag to look for meteorites or just marvel at the stars.

A lot of activities are free or low cost. For families, single or married adults, fitness and health conscious people, or just anyone wanting to get OUTDOORS and have some fun, meet new people, try new things out in the fresh air!

This is a good idea! But more people need to get involved. Do more frequent meetups, and have more of the members plan and facilitate them.
