Tiger's been telling people in interviews he's not far off his game, but he's been inconsistent, so the doubters kept doubting. His win yesterday at Jack's place in Ohio ought to show them something. That's his second win of the year. I don't know if he'll ever dominate again they way he did for a decade or so, because I think there are more great players now than then to compete with him. But those who thought Tiger was done, that's just not the case. And golf is more interesting for his presence. He's still golf's biggest star, and his win yesterday makes the upcoming US Open a better story going in. I'd love to see him back on top, fighting off weekend challenges from the new group of young stars who arrived while Tiger was MIA.

Pat - You know it was big when Doc Rivers was late for the Celtics v Heat game last night because he stayed to watch the finish of the Tournament.
