This Saturday, October 22nd, the Union Pines Marching Vikings will Salute the World War II Generation with their performance of "Strike Up The Band", "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy", "Sing, Sing, Sing", "Taps" and "God Bless America" at the 19th Annual Viking Classic Marching Band Competition. The Marching Vikings will take the field around 8:30pm. We have 21 bands performing, this year, including North Moore and Pinecrest, with the first band performing at 1:30pm. This is a huge fundraiser for the Union Pines Band and what great way to have fun with the entire family! Please come out and enjoy your day with us!
