Friends of Pine Gables Bed and Breakfast in Aberdeen enjoyed an impromptu jazz concert in the home's living room from two musicians from the Quebec Symphony Orchestra and others on April 12. Trent Sanheim, the symphony's longtime concertmaster, his brother, Brian Sanheim, and fellow symphony member Darren Lowe performed for guests in the bed and breakfast's living room with local musicians Court Stuart and John Hatcher. The Canadians were in Moore County for an annual golf trip with friends and were staying at Pine Gables. The performance features Stuart on the piano, Hatcher playing saxophone, Trent Sanheim playing trumpet, Brian Sanheim playing bass guitar and Lowe playing the violin.
