I think they will vote part down and part up...but if I were on the court I would vote the whole damn think down based on the intimidation that Obama has arrogantly tried to put on the court. When pushed I tend to push back more forcefully and if Obammer was as smart as the Dems seem to think he is he would have simply shut his piehole and let the court run it's course.
