Volunteer Appreciation Celebration – Wednesday, April 18, 2012 The Moore County Citizens’ Pet Responsibility Committee held a Volunteer Appreciation Celebration at the Pine Needles Golf Club on Wednesday, April 18. Along with honoring the volunteers, the committee members were elated to share the news that the MCCPRC had received the 2012 North Carolina Governor’s Award for the group category of exceptional volunteer service in Moore County. Co-Chairperson Angela Zumwalt presented a pictorial oration showing the many accomplishments of organization. Photos are by Al and Annette Daniels
