Pinehurst Forum Hosts The Yale Whiffenpoofs – Thursday, March 22, 2012 The Cardinal Ballroom of the Carolina Hotel was the venue for Yale University’s Whiffenpoofs, the world’s oldest and best known collegiate a cappella group. The young men, all in their senior year at Yale, delighted the Forum members with their presentation of traditional jazz standards as well as Motown melodies. This was the last event of the 72nd season for the Pinehurst Forum.
