First Village Chapel Lawsuit Rejected; New One Filed
The N.C. Court of Appeals has rejected a lawsuit filed to stop approval of a 16,500-square-foot learning center to be built on Village Chapel property in the Village Green.

Like a lot of Pinehurst residents, I'm getting tired of this overly aggressive lawyer, Mr. Newman, pretending to speak for the citizens of Pinehurst in his continual blustering. He does not,and I am unaware of the Village Council having given him such license for his public remarks. I'm sure one of the first tasks Newman has to do each morning is to decide who he's working for, since he seems to have client-attorney relationships with all the parties including the Council, the Resort and I guess the Chapel, except for the citizens living alongside the Village Green. A man with many masters and no self restraint is a danger to all. Let the facts speak for themselves.
