Mayor Theron Bell conducting an advertised public hearing to give the Robbins town board input from the public on how to respond to a county Northwest Water District proposal. Most support the plan if Moore County will take over wastewater along with the town reservoir and fresh water resources.

Four people spoke and three were citizens OUTSIDE of Robbins so that's where John Chappell gets his MOST support the plan. The people of Robbins are uninformed about this issue, otherwise there would have been standing room only during this hearing. Robbins can hang postcards on door knobs asking the citizens to keep thier grass trimmed but never about serious issues.
