Barely 7, Maggie Batson, assisted by mother Rachel Batson, of Whispering Pines, has cornered the local market on stretchy necklaces hung with fabric flowers, peace signs, butterflies, religious symbols, hearts and whatever else catches her eye at flea markets and craft stores.
