REYNOLDS

Robert “Wayne” Reynolds, 52, of Carthage, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013, at his home.
A celebration of life was held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, with Pastor David Reynolds officiating. The family received friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Wayne was born March 31, 1960, in Pinehurst, to Robert Stoman Reynolds and Anniebell Cook Frye. He grew up in the Carthage area, where he enjoyed farming, fishing, NASCAR, cooking on the grill and spending time with his family and friends. He had been employed with Ithaca Industries in Robbins and Sanford Contracting.
He was a loving son, husband, father and brother, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Stumpf Reynolds, of Carthage; one daughter, Holly R. Reynolds and fiancé, Jeff Wunsch, of Aberdeen; one son, R. Chad Reynolds and wife, Christina, of Pennsylvania; his mother, Anniebell Cook Frye; two sisters, Lisa Volk and husband, Gar,y of Carthage, and Robin Frye, of Carthage; one brother, Jonathan Frye and wife, Cathy, of Carthage; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Stoman Reynolds.
