Antoinette R. Rastanis, 71, of Pinehurst, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 7, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Road, Concord Twp., Ohio. The family received friends from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday and will also receive friends from 1 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Brunner, Ohio. Entombment will be at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Twp., Ohio.
She was born Nov. 28, 1941, in Cleveland. She worked at East Ohio Gas Company for more than 40 years. She loved to travel and volunteered at many professional golf tournaments.
Survivors are her daughter, Mary Kay Bernel and husband, Mark, of Pinehurst; grandchildren, Laura Larsen and Candice LaFazio, of Folsom, Calif.; great-grandchild, Tyler Larsen, of Folsom; and her brothers Father Peter Mastrobuono and William Mastrobuono.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Rastanisin, in 1986; and her parents, Peter and Mary Mastrobuono.
