Elsie Armstrong, 54, of Cameron, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at FirstHealth Hospice House, in Pinehurst.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Pugh and Smith Funeral Home chapel. Burial will follow in the Stones Cemetery. There will be a viewing on Saturday from 1 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
She is survived by husband, Billy F. Armstrong; adopted mother, Mrs. Esther M. Newby; one son, Robert Kelly; one brother, Michael Kelly (Mary); two adopted brothers, Shelton Newby (Pamela) and Junior Newby; three sisters, Kathy McKhee, Pamella Cameron and Tamie Martin; and one granddaughter.
