Willie McDougal (Billy), 71, of Carthage, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Pinelake Health and Rehab, in Carthage.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Olive A.M.E. Zion Church, in Carthage. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
There will be a viewing on Friday from 1 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia McDougal; son, Robert McDougal; daughter, Karen Gilchrist; and six grandchildren.
