Jeremy Joseph Harvey, 33, of Cameron, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, in Pinehurst.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, at the Miller-Boles Funeral Home, in Sanford. Interment will be private.
He was born Dec. 2, 1978, in Portsmouth, Va., to Thomas Bryant Harvey and Mignon Sparrow. He had a passion for playing guitar, enjoyed playing his PlayStation and working on his car. He adored his daughter, Katelyn, and both enjoyed times together playing games.
In addition to his parents, Thomas and Mignon, he is survived by his loving fiancee, Lisa McCain, and her parents, Kathryn and Clayron McCain; his daughter, Katelyn Harvey, and her mother, Debbie Collins; brothers, Erik Harvey and David Allors; and stepmother, Kathryn Harvey.
In lieu of flowers, ­memorial contributions may be made to the Katelyn Harvey Scholarship Fund, which is set up at Wells Fargo Bank.
