Brian Lee Dowdy, 38, died Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012, at his home.
A memorial service was held Thursday, Sept. 20, with immediate family, at his sister’s house in Olivia. Friends may pay their respects at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, at the home of his mother, Billie Marsh, 1195 U.S. 15-501, Carthage.
He is survived by his parents, Mike Dowdy Sr., of Sanford, and Billie Marsh, of Carthage; two sisters, Brandy (Dowdy) Lyon and Lindsey Marsh; two brothers, Michael Dowdy Jr. and Jimmy Marsh; four sons, Kie and Connor Dowdy, and Korey and Kaleb Gooch; and a host of other relatives and friends.
