Mrs. Alice Craig Campbell, 46, of Rockingham, formerly of Palatka, Fla., died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at her residence.
She was born Jan. 1, 1966, in Palatka, Fla., daughter of Herbert Craig and the late Nell Wilkinson Craig.
She previously worked as an office manager in an accountant office.
A memorial service will be held today (Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012), at 2 p.m., at the Church of God of Prophecy, Hamlet, with the Rev. Steve Crews officiating.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Nell Craig; her sister, Jean Bartlett; and one grandchild, Angel Holden.
Survivors include her husband, Byron Campbell, of Rockingham; parents, Herbert W. Craig and Ann Watson Craig, of Pinebluff; daughters, Cami Holden, Sue Campbell and Katie Campbell, all of Rockingham, and Celeste Campbell, of Florence, S.C.; sons, Ryan Elliott, of Suffolk, Va., Brendon Elliott, of Rockingham, Jeffery Parrish, of Austin, Texas, and Nicholas Engels, of Maryland; brothers, Jeffery Allen Herman, of West End, and Darrel Herman, of Oregon; sisters, Ann O’Shea, Linda Theus, Jackie Phinney-Comeau, Doris Martin and Gail Phinney, all of Putnam County, Fla., and Cheryl Greene, of Hamlet; and eight grandchildren.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family of Mrs. Campbell.
