Richard Ingram, a retired U.S. Army veteran of Southern Pines, formerly of Kinston, passed away Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.
A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at Sandhills State Veteran Cemetery, in Spring Lake. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at Boles Funeral Home, in Southern Pines.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving wife of 53 years, Louise S. Ingram; daughter Donna Cain (Lynwood), of Winston-Salem; two sons, Rodney, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Craig (Berlena), of Southern Pines; a grandson, Anthony Ingram, of Winston-Salem; two granddaughters, Tiera Williams and Shatiece Starks, of Southern Pines; and a host of other relatives.
