Wade D. Huddleston, 56, of West End, passed away suddenly Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at Boles Funeral Home, in Southern Pines. Interment will be private.
Wade was born Dec. 19, 1955, in Hiedelberg, Germany. He was raised by his adoptive parents, the late William and Bessie Huddleston. He was recently united with his biological family in Germany: his mother, one brother and four sisters. He was a carpenter by trade in Moore County for more than 30 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Pamela Rouse and her husband, Michael, and their children, Michael, Stephen, Tyler and Andrew Rouse; daughter, Dusty Duncan and her daughter, Harley Duncan; “red-headed stepchild” Crystal O’Neal and her son, Nick O’Neal; and five great-grandchildren and one on the way.
