Josie Honeycutt Clark, 80, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2012, at FirstHealth Hospice House.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home with Pastor Marvin Taylor and Pastor Dwayne Quick officiating. Burial will follow at Cross Hill Cemetery in Carthage.
A native of Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Foust, of Greensboro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lenard Clark, of Carthage; a son, Ronald Honeycutt; two sisters, Lula Pontis and Isabel Airington; and her brother, James Hodges.
Survivors include her daughters, Rebecca Honeycutt Mikulka and husband, Ronald, of Carthage, Jeannie Honeycutt Velazquez and husband, Thomas, of Miramar, Fla.; sons, Donald Honeycutt, of Dover, Del., and Steven Honeycutt, of Burlington, N.C.; sisters, Jeanette Lewis and husband, Wesley, Geraldine Doggett, Ethel Smith and Jenelle Glass; a brother, Lonnie Foust and wife, Pat; nine grandchildren, Logan, Carly, Tina, Robbie, Joe, Faith, Jessica, Ryan and Christin; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at Fry and Prickett Funeral Home in Carthage.
