William “Bill” Stephen Morrison, 83, of Southern Pines, passed away Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will be private.
He was born Sept. 20, 1929, in Queens County, N.Y., to the late William and Lydeen Morrison. William was a fourth degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Ann Morrison; one son, William Stephen Morrison Jr. and his wife, Susan; two daughters, Jeanne Marie Morrison and her husband, Earl Chin, and Sally Ann Cruz and her husband, Robert; and three grandchildren, Matthew Cruz, Tyler and Ryan Chin.
