Jeffrey Peter Williams, 48, passed away Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at HCR Manor Care, in Pinehurst.
All services will be private.
He was born Oct. 21, 1963, in Eugene, Ore., to Lefreda Williams and the late Arthur Williams.
In addition to his mother, Lefreda Williams, he is survived by his twin brother, Arthur Williams; and sister, Sandy Williams.
