Alice Ingram Steele

Alice Ingram Steele, 71, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., formerly of Jackson Hamlet, died Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center, in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 7, at Greater Works Church of Deliverance Ministries, West End. Visitation will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. Monday prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Jackson Hamlet Community Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette Deshield (Percy); grandsons reared by her, Tony, Antwan and John Carter; brother reared by her, Garland Ingram; sisters, Mary Ann Dunlap, Evelyn Clegg, Velma Thomas, and Desiree Ingram; four stepchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
