Thelma Capel Brown died Tuesday April 24, 2012, in St. Albans, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 4, at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, Candor.
She is survived by one son, Vincent Brown, of Montebello, N.Y.; two grandchildren, Rick Brown and Nicole Brown; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Wille Boddy, of Biscoe, and Louise Kelley, of Henderson.
Bostic-Kendrick Funeral Home, Southern Pines, is assisting the family.
