Lawyer Daniel McLeod, of Southern Pines, passed Friday, March 23, 2012, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital, in Greensboro.
A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 28, at St. Mark Freewill Baptist Church, Vass.
He was born July 12, 1935.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Mamie McLeod; two sons, Rodney Daniel McLeod and Don Anthony McLeod; one daughter, Karen Alicia McLeod; one granddaughter, Destiny Stancil, of Dallas, Ga.; two sisters, Elizabeth Elliott, of Vass, and Mozella Graham, of Cameron; and two brothers, Irvin McLeod, of Vass, and Charles McLeod, of Southern Pines.
