Mary Golda Spencer, 95, of Southern Pines, died Monday, March 12, 2012, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, in Pinehurst.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 18, at Southern Pines Primary School, Southern Pines. Burial will be in Zion Grove Community Cemetery, Eagle Springs. A walk-through viewing will be held from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 17, at Simon Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 924 W. Vermont Ave., Southern Pines.
She is survived by her sons, Herbert, Donnell, Andrew, John, and Nathaniel; daughters, Juanita, Carolyn, Savannah, Elaine and Rita; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren
