Brandon Lane Stocum, 28, of Boiling Spring Lakes, died Thursday, March 8, 2012.
A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 12, at Community Friends Church, in Carthage, with the Rev. Robert Kidd officiating. The family received friends immediately following the memorial service.
Brandon was a native of Boiling Spring Lakes, Fayetteville and Robbins.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Dale and Chris Wilson, of Robbins; father and stepmother, Ted and Dana Stocum, of Boiling Spring Lakes; a sister, Laura Stocum, of Robbins; three brothers, Jordan Wilson, of Robbins, Kenny Martin, of Raeford, and Martin Corbin Jr., of Fayetteville; grandmother Beverly Stocum, of Southport, and grandmother Mary Wilson Perez, of Fayetteville; a nephew, Christopher Corbin, of Fayetteville; a niece, Lindsey Corbin, of Fayetteville; and an uncle, Keith Stocum and wife, Anna, of Oak Island.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Friends Church Youth Group
Services entrusted to Cape Fear Crematory, Fayetteville.
