Patrick “Michael” Smith, 57, of Atlanta, died Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at his home.
Guests will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at H. M. Patterson and Son Oglethorpe Hill Chapel, 4550 Peachtree Road N.E., Atlanta, GA 30319, with funeral services immediately following at 4 p.m.
He is survived by his wife, Rhu; son, Elijah; sisters Geraldine Mabe and husband, Richard, of West End, and Janice Parnell and husband, Donald, of Red Springs; brothers Bobby Smith and wife, Wanda, of Robbins, and Billy McInnis and wife, Barbara, of Red Springs; a special “aunt,” Mary Ella Stultz; and Rhu’s family, father, Lt. Col. Robert N. Longfellow, of San Diego, and mother, Jean Longfellow, of Pinehurst, and brother Ian and family, of Pinehurst, and Lance and family, of Pittsburgh.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Pat Smith.
