Clare Swinson Craft, 50, of Wilmington and formerly of Moore County, died Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2012, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at Trinity Bible Church in Carthage conducted by the Rev. Dr. William J. Maness Jr. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall.
A native of Canada, she lived in Alaska before moving to Moore County in 1992. She worked as an administrative assistant for the government and various law firms.
She is survived by her daughter, Katherine “Katy” Craft, of Carthage; her parents, Peter and Joyce Swenson, of Canada; brothers, David and Michael; sisters, Susan, Wendy and Cristina.
