Leroy McDougald, 60, of Hoffman, died Monday, Jan. 30, 2012, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, in Pinehurst.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, at Pleasant Hill C.M.E. Church, in Hoffman, with the Rev. Micheal Isaac officiating. Burial will be in Oakley Grove Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the church.
He is survived by a special friend, Eloise Spencer, of Hoffman; his daughters, Creola Washington, of Ellerbe, and Felicia Goodwin, of Florida; sisters, Mildred Golston, of Ohio, Bernice Cole, of Sanford, Betty Belton, of Olivia, Rosa McDougald and Mary Lester, of Johnsonville, and Patricia McCrae, of Elizabethtown; and brothers, Preston McDougald, Elbert McDougald and Jerimiah McDougald, all of Johnsonville, Eugene McDougald, of Lillington, and Floyd McDougald, of Sanford.
