Orville Victor Moore Jr., 66, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, in Pinehurst.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, July 16, at Boles Funeral Home, in Seven Lakes, with interment to follow at West End Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
He was born Dec. 16, 1944, in Tazewell County, Va., to the late Romie Hardy and Orville Victor Moore Sr. He was a retired supervisor with Stanley Furniture, in West End.
He is survived by his wife, Cosby Henegar Moore; daughter, Vickie Campbell, of West End; grandchildren, Scott, Michael, Noah and James; daughter-in-law Valerie Moore, of Richlands, Va.; and sister-in-law Eva Moore, of Virginia. He was predeceased by his parents; son John Edward Moore, in 2005; three brothers; and two sisters.
