Derinda B. Craft
Derinda Boyte Craft, 68, of Southern Pines, passed away peacefully Monday, Feb. 21, 2011.
A private family gathering honoring her life is scheduled for a later date.
She was born June 21, 1942, one of four children of the late William Frank and Virginia Adcox Boyte, of Aberdeen.
Derinda leaves to cherish her memory her two daughters, Monica Crisp and her husband, David, of Charleston, S.C., and Meredith Reynolds and her husband, Jason, of Aberdeen; her brother, Billy Boyte and his wife, Gwen, of Carthage; two sisters, Sylvia Hayes, of Clayton, and Sherrill Matthews and her husband, Don, of Whispering Pines; stepmother, Amy Boyte, of Southern Pines; grandchildren, Nikki and her husband, Chris Garren, of Greensboro, Keith McLean, of Aberdeen, Jason Jr. and Neveah Reynolds, of Aberdeen; six nephews and nieces; and countless relatives and friends.
Derinda will be fondly remembered for her sense of humor and her loving heart.
