Ronald Lee Cotner, 84, of Aberdeen, died Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at his home.
He was born Jan. 1, 1927, in Glen Lake, Mich., to Emory Pierce and Ethel Mae Bow Cotner. He served in the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force. He worked for many years as a carpenter and contractor.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Gay A. Cotner; two brothers, Robert Cotner, of Aberdeen, and Leonard Cotner, of Ann Arbor, Mich.; four granddaughters, Lori Cary, Julie Bull, Rhonda Cotner and Jennifer Cotner, all of Michigan; and four great-grandchildren.
