Annie Lou Cameron, of Vass, died Thursday, March 31, 2011, at her home.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 2, at Cypress Presbyterian Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Born April 11, 1922, in Moore County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Hortence Stutts Brewer and wife of the late Dougald Cameron. She was preceded in death by her sister, Delores Ivey.
Mrs. Cameron was a nurse’s aid at St. Joseph of the Pines and was a member of Cypress Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Sue Rice and husband, Larry, of Vass; a son, Charles Cameron and wife, Judy, of Vass; seven grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
