Preston Harold Frye Sr., 61, of Carthage, died Thursday, Sept. 9, 2010, at his residence.
A memorial service, conducted by Minister Robert Jackson, was held Tuesday, Sept 14, at 5 p.m. in the chapel of Pugh and Smith Funeral Home, Carthage.
Surviving are his wife, Janice Frye, of Norwalk, Conn.; one son, Preston Frye Jr., of Vass; two brothers, Robert Frye, of Carthage, and Harry Frye (Roseanne), of Norwalk, Conn.; two sisters, Dorris Vann and Wilma Bowman, both of Carthage; and four grandchildren.
