Theodas “Ted” Barrett, 64, of Carthage, died Thursday, March 25, 2010, at the E. Carlton Powell Hospice Center in Lillington
A funeral service will be held Saturday, April 3, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Olive A.M.E. Zion church in Carthage. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Alberta Barrett, of New York; one daughter, Tiffany Clark (Brian). of New York; one brother, James Hugh Barrett Jr. (Gwendolyn), of New Jersey; and one sister, Lillie Barrett, of Carthage.
