Howard Eugene Kidd, 75, of Pinehurst, died Friday, March 26, 2010, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held in Florida at a later date, and interment will be in McMinnville, Tenn.
Mr. Kidd was born April 5, 1934, in Hillsborough, Wis., to the late Archie Byron and Eugenia Marie Burdick Kidd. He served in the Army as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Shirley; brother, Leslie Kidd and wife, Alzena, of Waterloo, Wis.; sisters, Ruth Lane, of Slinger, Wis., and Joyce Bunnell, of Lafarge, Wis.
