Jannie Buie Fairley, 79, of Southern Pines, died March 16, 2010, at her residence.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 19, at The Worship Center, 397 Eastman Road, Southern Pines (formerly Pentecostal Assembly of Jesus Christ). Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Southern Pines. Visitation is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the church.
Surviving are her husband, Joe Fairley; sons, Michael, Charles and Ray Fairley; daughters, Hattie Jones, JoAnne Fairley, Sandra McKayhan, Myrtle Criscoe, Ernestine Walker, Brenda Fairley and Teresa Blue; sisters, Virginia and Katherine Buie; 25 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
The family is being served by Simon Funeral Home of Southern Pines.
