Thurman C. Wooten, 64, of Vass, died Wednesday, April 21, 2010, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 26, at Hallie’s Chapel Deliverance Center, Aberdeen, conducted by Bishop Steven L. Utley Sr. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Madeline Wooten, of Vass; daughter, Crystal Melvin, of Raeford; sons, Bradford P. Wooten, of Charlotte, and Thurman L. Wooten, of Winston-Salem; sisters, Lynda McKeithan and Rose Person, both of Vass, and Evelyn McMillan, of New Haven, Conn.; and a brother, Lynwood McKeithen, of Vass.
