Susan Riley Robson, 89, died Saturday, April 17, 2010, at Elmcroft of Southern Pines.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Bethesda Cemetery in Aberdeen.
She was born in Troy, to the late W.T. Howard Riley and Lela Latham Riley. She was a 1938 graduate of Aberdeen High School and was retired from Proctor-Silex. She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.
She is survived by her son, H. Scott Robson and his wife, Sandy, of Denton; her daughters, Brenda R. Taylor and husband, Peter, of Cleveland, Ga., Linda Robeson and husband, Mark, of Broadway, and Kay Demyan and husband, James, of Southern Pines; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
